EQUIPPED & COLLEGE BOUND
High School is the launching point for spiritual, academic and personal success. MCHS prepares students for life beyond secondary education in a rigorous learning environment that is challenging and encouraging. Students sharpen their skills in communication, problem-solving and critical thinking while broadening their creative potential through a variety of co-curricular activities. More importantly, they will be well-rounded and equipped for the important transition to higher education.
Maranatha Christian Schools, a non-profit educational institution and ministry of Maranatha Chapel, was established in 1991 as a preschool. The school grew by grade level each year and in 2006 the high school was launched with grades 9 and 10. The school is located on a 17.5 acre campus just west of Rancho Bernardo’s 4S Ranch and east of Rancho Santa Fe. Maranatha serves students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. In 2006 we began an International Program.
A ministry of Maranatha Chapel, Maranatha Christian Schools partners with parents to provide a community where students experience God’s love, are encouraged to fulfill God’s unique call and purpose, and excel in their God-given gifts through academics, arts, and athletics.
