King’s Schools’ curriculum and schedule is designed to prepare it’s students for their future university academic life. With the school’s block-schedule, classes are longer than normal, and students have only a few classes to focus on each semester. This means that teachers are able to give students more time and a deeper understanding of each subject. With a mix of lecture- and discussion-style classes, the courses are similar to college classes to ensure the transition to American university is smooth.
King’s also has an award-winning music program with an all inclusive choir, specialty vocal ensembles and an orchestra. In addition, King’s offers studio art classes and multiple theatre opportunities like improv, drama and musicals.
At King’s Schools, you access a rich program of academic excellence, inspiration, leadership, and exploration, set within an American educational experience and a loving community. International students that attend King’s School, build language and cultural skills they need to easily transition to American Universities.
King’s Schools is a PreK-12 college-preparatory school founded in 1950 that currently has 53 international students in its program.
